Our Team Of Lawyers Is Dedicated To Your Success
Attorney Alton Burkhalter is a certified public accountant and highly skilled litigator. In one recent case, he obtained a $30.4 million verdict on his client’s behalf. He has also obtained three more jury verdicts in excess of $10 million and many more in the “seven-figure” range. Attorney Dan Kessler has an equally impressive record of jury trial wins, including the successful defense of a $30 million breach of contract claim.
Mr. Burkhalter is not our only accomplished business attorney with a tax background, however. Attorney William George received his Bachelor of Science in business finance from the University of Southern California before going on to earn his law degree. In addition, Mr. George has a Master of Law (LL.M.) in taxation from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where he was ranked third in the master’s class.
Together, our team of lawyers is well-equipped to represent LLCs in high-stakes litigation, advise clients of various tax ramifications of business decisions and assist with a wide range of other concerns.
